Working Day: 8am to 7pm. DAY RATES:  A day rate is 8 consecutive hours, including one 1/2 hour lunch break. Day rate is 4 times the hourly rate. Day rates must be requested at time of booking or an hourly rate will apply.  HOLDING DEPOSIT  Company One Group acknowledges that a holding deposit in the sum of 40% . The Buyer agrees that the balance of the Purchase Price in the sum  must be paid by aggreed date. The Parties agree that the Holding Deposit is non-refundable. They further agree that should the balance of the Purchase Price not be paid by the date as stated, the Buyer will have no further claims to the services described  and Company One Group is relieved of all obligations in respect of this agreement. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice will be charged where less than 10 days notice is given. Cancellations for bookings made within 7 days of the booking will be charged at the full fee payable.
